This level of reporting covers all aspects of your internal network from servers, to PC's to communications equipment. Each piece of equipment will be detailed in the report specifying how it may fail, how long a downtime can be expected, and steps that could be taken to reduce this downtime. A Microsoft certified engineer will visit your site to gather information about your system and will then provide you with the report and walk you through it step by step.

This level of reporting takes the Fault Tolerence Report and expands upon it to cover all major eventualities in your business, ranging from say small amounts of damage to your building, to a complete loss of all premises and IT systems. This report is far more detailed than the Fault Tolerance report, and covers a much wider range of failures.
