We always answer the phone.
No call forwarding or answering service during business hours. A human being will pick up the phone when you call. We are not a call centre, we communicate in simple English. When you need an engineer you will speak to one, you won't be kept on hold for hours!
We never make promises we can’t keep.
We don't just plan to keep them. We will keep them. Reliability is one of the keys to our excellent client relationships, and good customer service is no exception. If we say, “An engineer will be with you in an hour”, we make sure he is there. The same rule applies to client appointments, deadlines, etc. We actually think before we give any promise.
Always listen to our customers.
Is there anything more exasperating than telling someone what you want, or what your problem is, and then discovering that person hasn’t been paying attention and needs to have it explained again? We listen; ask our clients - the reason we have been so successful is that we care about what we do and the service we provide.
Complaints dealt with
No one likes hearing complaints, and many companies have developed a reflex shrug, saying “You can’t please all the people all the time”. That’s not our attitude; complaints are taken seriously and we always aim to ensure that you are entirely satisfied.

Train our staff
We talk to our staff about good customer service and what it is (and isn’t), regularly. Apart from being knowledgeable as you’d expect, our staff are always courteous and helpful.
